From start to finish
Before
The loft was opened up and a new steel structure set in to carry the conversion. Our in-house team carried out the first fix and plastering themselves, with the roof, stair and dormer build-up formed before the finish work began.
Completion
The whole house was modernised — a new principal bathroom wrapped in book-matched marble with brushed brass fittings, a loft conversion adding a fourth bedroom, and the living spaces and joinery reworked throughout. Every detail was drawn before the build, so nothing was left to a site decision.
