From start to finish

Before

The floors were lifted back to the joists to install acoustic underlay throughout. Plumbing, electrics and the new floor build-up were all set out and insulated before the finish flooring went down.

Completion

New flooring runs continuously through the living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Joinery, lighting and sanitaryware were all set out on the same drawings, so every junction was resolved before the finish work began.
